Earlier in the week my teaching colleague went home to collect pain killers to alleviate hers so I said I would share some yoga poses to help her and anyone else who might find this beneficial. I found this very short clip below, but there are many on You Tube. I suggest you watch the clip in advance and practise so when pain strikes you can draw on a few of the moves quickly, they are honestly very simple and straightforward.
